Had been contemplating picking up a pair of Tapco thumps to go with the SM350s - heard them live and they have relatively good sound. Had almost decided to go for it, and came across an ad on CL for two SM450s, including Monster cables ($50 each) and stands for $800. The guy was going to get into DJ'ing and never did so the speakers had never even been gigged with. Picked them up this morning. New SM450s (one model newer) are going for $700-plus depending where you get them. -- Pays to be patient I guess.
