see I am the other way...I would prefer to be behind a mic than to have to sit and make polite convo to someone I havent seen in years mainly cos I do not want to see them...I sing cos I love to sing...give me a mic and a song and I am happy...give me some maiden aunt who wants to plant a sloppy whiskery kiss on my cheek and I will projectile vomit

in my experience and in my strongly presbyterian family it tends to be whiskers honey...temperance was a strong priority for the women
