I started singing Karaoke around 20 years ago. And as my confidence grew so did my singing ability (so I've been told). As I am 63 I come from the good old R&R and Beatles era which also had alot of the standards by Sinatra, Cole etc.
I have managed to do a few gigs along the way but a little late in life to make a career out of it.
I never try to copy any singers voice, I also have my own interpretation of a song but I usually try to get it close to the original.
