I got a list of about 200,000 song titles.....trouble is, they're all in my brain(of course I can't recall them all....but they're in there)....is there any software, and computer interface to "print from brain"?.... maybe something like Para Cabesa, or Inteli-connect....for me the fastest connection would be a USB....Up-Sa-Butt...

wow that's a lot of music johnny! I use fast tracks, only time it didn't have a cdg I needed to put in my songbook was because the cdg was brand new (pop hits monthly february). I will have 2500 different songs after this weekend. A guy who used to karaoke in town said there is only about 17,000 different karaoke songs out there. I found that hard to believe.

FastTracks V2 is the answer. Since you have invested over $200K in music (average $1.00 per sound legally) then you can afford Fast Tracks V2 for a little over $100.

Ok well I lied. I now have 3 discs that I cannot find in fast tracks. They are from a chartbuster 3 disc box set 2008 country hits 2. esp492-05, 04, and 06. I performed an auto update but the cb only goes up to 491. I can either wait until it is updated, or manually name all the songs on these 3 CDGs.

I just have the titles in my head.... ....and I wish the songs I do have on karaoke.........did average one dollar a song......it's a bit more than that, especially with early prices of 30 bucks a cdg, and lots of doubles......the titles are legally in my head, though.... .....I can't use my hand, I've been married for 35 years, and now have more urgent needs of my hand....can't risk wearing it out.....

Yes, hence my disbelief in the 17,000.

well I don't have 200k karaoke songs...not even 100k....you can count regular songs too, and I'm still far away from that number, but I do have the ones that over 90% of my customers want to sing.....screw the other less than 10%.... ....good news, I'm doing an old folks home on Sundays. They're mostly Alzheimer's tenants, and I've been getting by with just one song.......

KJ Pro, lists over 350,000 tracks in their database. Lot's of dupes, but I think you will find that 17,000 is still way under the count.
I own about 25,000 after a lot of years in the biz, ( not silly though- I only carry about 12,000 to bar shows and 18,000 to private events). Even with plenty of dupes I'm pretty sure even I top 17k. I have a few thousand in non-English karaoke alone...

Oh man, I miss DOS. THERE was a dependable platform...
I still have laptop loaded with it, and using Menuworks, and still do the accounting on it using SBT.
If Windows hadn't become dominant I never would have left- Windows STILL doesn't come close in many ways.

If you've done the autoupdate you should have the listings. Look under "Chartbuster Essential Plus 492". Mine goes all the way up to 497!!!
