I have a Yamaha EMX 5016 CF Mixer and a laptop that I want to put in some kind of case that will at least accomodate those 2 pieces of equipment. Any suggestions?

That's a big mixer to rack. You will need at least a 11U space top for the mixer if I recall. The laptop you will just need a shelf unit that can slide out.

The case itself is going to be a little harder to find for a mixer that big & a couple U space under it. They make them in racks much bigger.
