What worries me is that tons of mothers/fathers are going to start taking their young girls to get this vaccine...because doctors, for the most part, seem to think it's ok. When will people get it that these stupid so-called "cures/preventatives" can be more damaging than the illness they are supposed to be saving you from?

Whats frightening is congress right now is formulating a socialized health plan and arresting doctors for trying to have an input. Then they will have total control over your health care and you will not have any decisions or the right to make any. Of course the media which is owned by them too is not portraying this with facts either.

They have raped and milked this country down to nothing. They haul your trash away and yes they charge your bar to have public music. Buy powder and keep it safe and dry. You might want to teach your children mandarin chinese also. Wake UP America!!!

Ollie, I tend to go more with naturopathic docs these days.... I don't take pills (rarely ever have) and I get sick of docs saying "nothing really wrong with you, but take these pills and see if you don't feel better anyways". I have issues with the government stepping in where they don't belong, but I think something needs to be done about regulating doctors a bit.

I once went through a short spell of having times I would black out- once while driving. I'd get dizzy, palms sweaty, heart racing, thought I was dying, blah-blah-blah. Had every test imaginable run on me, they even thought I had a brain tumor and did an MRI... ... what it finally came down to was I have sudden drops in blood sugar and need to watch that, and when I felt it coming on, it turned into a full blown panic attack because it scared the hell out of me. (Charmin... known to freak out when called upon) Lol

They tried to get me on all kinds of stupid panic meds and junk. I was like... noooo, if I know that's all it is, I can control it myself.. and I did). They should be limited to like... one prescription tablet a month, then when they write them all up, they can't see any more patients until the new month starts over and they get the new pad/tablet:) Maybe they wouldn't be so free with meds.

Ollie, we don't use powder nowadays:) Well, my mom and stepdad do, but they collect bp rifles and muzzle loaders... but yeah, I have guns and ammo. (and know how to use them) I don't go for all the *hype*, but nobody is taking guns away from us anytime soon:)

I hear what your saying Charm. Doctors still don't have all the answers. More times than not I've found they're guessing because they don't really know what's wrong.

Good health begins with a good attitude. I had to stop googling symptoms because the results were almost making me a hypochondriac!!!

I am very lucky to live close to outstanding VA facilities esp Cheyenne. They are the best. Also my doc here in the Greeley clinic is a lil gal by the name of O'brian. I talk to her like everybody else like Ive known her for 20 years and there are no secrets. She speaks the language of an old country GP. Her second opinion is ME!! She will look at the lab results from Cheyenne and she tells me what she thinks then asks me what I think...

VA Docs, nurses, and others are fully dedicated and they dont try to guess or give you a line of BS when they dont know. Joke and laugh be honest with them and good health follows.

Hahaha, yeah I did that too. Gosh, from my symptoms I had a couple years ago of nausea at night and a sore throat and tiredness...the internet forums said I had:

Throat cancer, stomach cancer, hypothyroidism, diabetes, lupus, high bp (or maybe low bp), sinusitis, mono, cardiac arrhythmia, kidney malfunction, liver disease... and the list goes on.

Oh, and I was most definitely pregnant.

It was just a bout of acid reflux. I needed to quit drinking the hard stuff. (aka, coffee every day and vodka/tequila every weekend) I'm much improved these days.

But, yep, after reading the internet answers, I was ready to write out my last will and testament and kiss all my family goodbye:)

I had severe pains in my belly couldnt lift or do anything I thought my drinking had finally got my liver then maybe its a hernia.. I knew it was fatal.. My doc says where does it hurt? Right there I think its a hernia!! I was prone and she said raise up.. Does it hurt more? Nope... hen does it hurt most ? After midnight. OK get these pills.

They were omeprazole... I googled and they were for acid reflux. They took the pain away and after a year or 2 I dont even need them...

Have you tried to buy ammo of late? I went down to my local dealer and wanted to get a couple boxes of 22 and 22/250 to do a little plinking varmint shooting a the guy told me "Sorry all out and don't know when we will be getting any, just call every day to see if we got some."

People are buying and hording ammo one reason I "Reload", and if I could reload 22 and 22/250's I would thus one reason for having the gun power, primers, bullets, wads (shotgun), and all the necessary presses to reload my own shells.

They may not take the guns but ammo could be a different story.
Don't think the 2nd amendment says anything about ammo.
So stock up now or learn to reload your own.

Yeah, it's the same here. I mean, when Bi-Mart and GI Joes are "out of ammo", you know people are hoarding. And the prices have skyrocketed.

My son Austin collects guns, as does his best friend. They often spend weekends up in the mountains shooting... just for the practice and fun of it. (we have lots of mountains within 30 minutes or so, it's a pretty common thing to do around here) I told them they're crazy for wasting that money. They have a couple guns they can't even find ammo for. But when you're shooting a gun that's literally costing you $2-$3 a shot, that's ridiculous.

His birthday was in January, and I thought the perfect gift for him would be a membership to the local gun club. (so he wouldn't have to go far whenever he wanted to shoot... and, thinking it would be safer) The membership is only $75 a year. The guy told me usually every year, about 50 or so spots open up for new members to join, but that for the first time he's got a waiting list of almost 1,000 people... . So, yeah, had to buy him stuff for his SUV instead:) It's a sign of the times.

Yeah, 4 months of prevacid and mine went away, the raspiness in my throat left, no more night sickness. I still have to watch coffee, OJ, spaghetti sauce, stuff like that... but it's not a constant problem now. I even suffered heart palpitations... you feel like a heart flutter and it feels like your heart skips a beat when it flutters... was ALL acid reflux.

But damm, it's hard to quit coffee... everything else has been easy to give up, but not coffee.

When I say powder thats what I mean. You can cast lead bullets but gun powder will be a commodity and scarce. We might not have time enough to pick up the brass.

I don't mean to offend, but I'm confused. We killed the vast majority of the original people of this land with guns and disease, and put what was left on reservations. We forced another people, from another continent into slavery to toil in our fields, and to be nothing more than a piece of property. What God was behind that? This isn't personal, because I've heard tons of people make that statement since I can remember, but I've never understood the God part.....

You are typical example of a liberal education system. You profess change yet defend those that fought against it and accepted subservsiance on reservations. The so called slaves were liberated into the greatest nation that ever was and when they get off their pitty pot and take part then they will prosper. Dont give me that guilt complex BS..

I just get tired of parroted responses or worn out phrases.

They do not hear the trees yet they pass man made laws which contradict spiritual laws which governed from the beginning and will rule for eternity. These laws have always turned into yellow scrolls or paper and dust. They think they have answers yet know nothing.

I am not a christian but leaned the sermon on the mount and probably practice his teachings more the the hypocrites do..

Choose a tree that you admire and sit beneath it for 30 minutes a day. Open your mind and let it wander. It will give you answers and your forefathers will speak to you. And when you wake up in the morning ideas which you are not smart enough to think of pop into your mind. Heal thyself and learn the true ways and quit worrying about others thoughts for it is your thoughts that truly matter.
