I own most of them... Pioneer has the song by Billy Eckstine although the video itself credits D Fields & J. McHugh for the song... I know Jimmy McHugh is the composer they're thinking of.
Unsure if this is going to be the version you're looking for. I know that Pioneer SOMETIMES got it wrong on which song they were doing. They had credited Billy Idol for a Mony Mony song, when the version was actually the original by Tommy James I think...

If it was Billy Eckstyne it won't have Doowop background singers to it . Does yours have a Doowop sound ? I was hoping Pioneer would have included this song on their CDG collection but apparently they chose not to. So I have the lost the track forever. I sold my Laser Disks. I wish I had created an mp3 of the track before I sold it. Wasn't thinking. Oh well. Maybe Music Maestro or one of the other vendors will eventually put it out. so far no other vendor has.

The pioneer track on PI308 definitely has a doo wop feel to it. It's probably what you're looking for. Jake. KJ Pro lists Billy Eckstine as the singer on the laser disc version as well so I'm pretty sure it is the same track.

If you click that link you'll see the composer I mentioned before has it by Pocket Songs.

The Pioneer CDG 308 versoin is the same audio version.

Music Maestro hasn't produced a CDG in years. They've been out of business.

Well, how about that !! I downloaded it and there it was, The Chimes Version !!!! There it was under my nose all the time. Who would have figured Pioneer would get the artist wrong. I wonder how many other songs that people are looking for are listed under the wrong artist. Thanks a lot guys you made my day !!! I'll be posting it tomorrow :)

I wouldn't assume that Pioneer got the artist wrong. I've found dozens and dozens of errors in the KJPro database - incorrect artists, incorrect titles, misspellings.

Pioneer got a lot wrong. Take the "you've Got a Friend" they say it's JAmes Taylor's but it really is Carol King's version.

Is there a place you can legally download Pioneer? I would love to find that.
