The company is, the U.S. based host using them is not....but ok. As long as the club the US based is playing them in is paying THEIR fees, then there is no problem! The link to the software is PCDJ karaoke edition or something like that - it's not actually theirs. What was confusing was you would think if Sound Choice had legit downloads available, they would want to link to their own. I'm not saying the other ones aren't, just think like all the rest that they are missing the boat.
The Stingray Music thing is confusing also. I couldn't get to the Karaoke Channel site to see what it said about licensing because for some reason our satellite was giving the "Bad Command" every time I tried to link. So excuse me for not thoroughly checking that out before I post. But when I go to the Stingray Music site itself, it says that when you buy one of their downloads you are paying for the licensing of their particular production of that song only. But it is still your responsibility to obtain the permission from the publisher to use the song. In other words, of the two sets of licenses, they only have one and you have to get the other. Now that is for their own produced downloads to be used in movies or whatever but karaoke was listed with all the other possibilities of song use under licensing guidelines. I don't know if it applies to their downloads on the karaoke channel also but it was the guidelines for Stingray Music. No wonder this whole thing is such a confusing mess.

Actually I didn't see any music download link from the PCDJ site. Maybe I missed it, what page is it on and what is the link called?

It's in the affiliates of PCDJ page. Looks like Sound Choice songs to me.

That's the link and yes--our internet is working better today so the previews worked this time and it looks like Sound Choice. So Sound Choice is providing a link to a link to download Sound Choice karaoke without actually promoting that it is Sound Choice.
