While I do enjoy singing many of the ZOOM medleys, I don't think I would go to the trouble of cutting up a bunch of songs and trying to make a medly track from a handful of my favorite songs. Singing a commercially produced medley track doesn't make you look like a stage whore as much as making your own medley and it winds up being 8 or 9 minutes long, or even longer. Could you imagine someone putting together a Meat Loaf Medley???? It could end up being 30 minutes long.
That would be a real crowd pleaser. How about a medley of Paradise, American Pie, Stairway to Heaven, Bat Out Of Hell, Rosalita, and Load Out & Stay????? Don't cut out any of the music; just delete the Title screens at the beginning and end of each song and you'd have a nice 50 minute showcase and then you could leave and go to the karaoke show down the road and do it all over again. Heck !!! Leave the title screen from the first song alone to make it look like it was a legitimate track made by a legitimate karaoke company. How many karaoke singers would hate you after having to sit through that medley??? ALL OF THEM!!!
