We could easily fight this spam influx if we had more moderators. We have one present and frequently posting that I know of. If we had two or three who visit frequently we could delete this stuff quickly.

EDIT: I just learned that there appears to be a shortage of people volunteering to be moderator. I will volunteer. I will pledge to operate with as light a hand as possible as has historically been done on this forum, with great success. (And as is done on the forums I have been running for as long as web forum software has been out there.) 99% would be deleting spam.
