bought this late 2007 and shipped it back for repairs twice. I notice this has been discontinued and replaced but something called American Audio Labs Go-210. Does anyone know if they have real fix for V2go Go-210 or should I scrap the unit. I'll bet it has less than 5 hours total service. V2go thinks it is another hardware failure.

Recommend a dependable replacement for < $1000?.

For under 1k you can find a laptop/software/pa package, but it wont be an all-in-one unit like you had.

There are plenty of all in one units under 1k, it really depends on the features that are important to you. They have really changed in the last three years.
