Not the best unit in the world, but you should be able to get acceptable vocals out of it.
Try to do this with the microphone EQ up in the upper left corner:
First slider: cut (push down) about 1/2 way below 0
Second slider: cut about 1/4 way below 0
Third slider: boost about 1/4 way above 0
Fourth slider: boost about 1/2 way above 0
Fifth slider: boost about 1/4 way above zero
That should sound better, but you may have to tweak a little from there. Just remember that vocals mainly fall in to the MID ranges, so you are going to want to cut the lows, boost the mids, then tweak the highs so that it isn't shrill. It all depends on your voice, but that's the basic idea.
