Oh and just so folks understand what it is...

Notice how the audio data turns into a black hole of nothing. Audio will basically stop on uncompressed video after a few minutes of play, while the video keeps playing along.

Virtual DJ on any video sucks.

Why does it do that? I just tried it myself, and that's a VDJ issue.

I recommend a much better video mixer. www.mxwendler.net

Keep your VDJ for the boom chikka waa waa scratching.

I can't really get any info on pricing and such. I'm guessing it will not do BPM calculations and give me all the needed audio effects.

It's pretty much free. You can assign every video to midi triggers (so in theory, add a beat machine and you got your bpm synched/triggered video) You can trigger video loops, flash movies, fades based on audio input, all kinds of crazy shill. You can also mix in webcams.

It can act as a DMX repeater (if you have 2 entec boxes) It's also designed to be a controller for LED wall applications.

So you can control the video mixing with your DMX controller if you wanted to as well.

Here's all I do with it. I crossfade cams based on singer mic audio all nice and automatic like.
