I have a pretty bad voice but enjoy getting up and trying.
I'm going on a cruise with three ladies and need suggestions of songs where they do most of the singing and I kind of play a low key role.
Any help out there please?

Love Shack!!! Dancin' Queen. Proud Mary. Midnight train To Georgia. I'm sure I have more, but maybe later.

Lots of great suggestions, but let me add that there are several songs in the musical Chicago where the guy just plays the part of an announcer while the ladies do all the singing.

I like Rosario's mention of Proud Mary as a lot of versions have the Ike part built in and he could just lip sync it.

Aqua-Barbie Girl is a fun one .
Or, maybe, for a cruise, how about Huey Lewis and Gwinith IForgetHerNameOops(actress) -Cruising Together?

You didn't mention genre.......
There is one cute country song that is for one guy and several ladies, and opens up the door for a fun sing while you get to act like a stud and sing a small part.
I've always wanted to see/hear it done at karaoke, never have. 2-3 ladies could cover it nicely.
Romeo: Billy Ray Cryus, Tanya Tucker, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Pam Tillis, Kathy Mattea, Dolly Parton

Lou Reed Walk on the Wildside, you really don't sing at all and the girls will be the back up.
Cee Lo's Forget You will have the girls doing the back up for you.
Salt N Pepa's Shoop has two girls and guy rap together

I think you would be a hit with Ballroom Blitz.

The women could sing Dolly Parton's "Romeo" while you goofed around shaking your butt at them, winking, or whatever you'd be comfortable with. Or you could play it straight. Check out the video Dolly made with Tanya Tucker, Kathy Mattea, Mary Chapin Carpenter and Billy Ray Cyrus:
