Looks like the last disc they released was in October 2011, so they haven't produced anything in 5 months? Guess I missed that in my research of the HD Pro, because I just bought one for the sole reason of updating my library, only to find that they don't have any of the latest music.

I sure hope they aren't done producing music. That'd SUCK.

Does anyone know what's up?

....Looks like you're in the same boat as some others, including myself. I've tried calling my Authorized Dealer/Seller but have only gotten a busy signal. Someone, in another thread, stated their phone lines were down. But that post was from several days ago.

....Back around Dec. of last year I made the decision to purchase their 6000 Volume 2. At that time I was told they were going to waive the fee for the audit only because they had all of my orders on file. I just needed to take pictures of all of my CDG's and SD Cards for their records. They stated that everything was going well except for running short on Hard Drives because of their supplier in Japan.

....This past week, I decided to update/edit my files and do some re-ripping of lessor bit rate CDG's. As I came across the Chartbuster 6000 V2, I started having some issues with renaming the files. In the end, I thought I had gotten around 1900 duplicated tracks out of 6120 on the same drive that they had sent me. I was beginning to get upset and was trying to call them with no success. As it turns out, it was user error on my side. I only have a couple of duplicates on the drive they sent me. My Bad!!!

....However, after reading some other posts from other KJ's at this site by, it appears that something's up. Seems like someone told me that their Karaoke Bar, "Big Mamma's," recently shut down. I think it was because of the economy. I also looked them up on facebook and there's been no activity since mid Feb., I think?

....Hopefully they're just going through.....heck, I don't know? But it doesn't look good at this point.... I wish them the best!

One of the folks who bought the stuff on the payment plan should miss a couple payments. Then you'll know if they are alive...

They did release both Jan and Feb discs for both Pop and for Country. Haven't heard about March yet, but the discs only had 8 tracks each instead of 12. Seems like the only thing that gets updated on their website is a sale. Of course their website is still a nightmare to find anything.

Pity.....

Here are links to both Jan & Feb pop & country releases. There website of course hasn't been updated since Oct.
Although I have left several messages with no return callback - although supposedly their phone systems were down, I haven't tried in like 4 days.
Their emails on their website ALL return as undeliverable or non-existance.
Things that make you go Hmmmmmm.

Maybe they run their own mail server in house seperate from their website and their phone/internet service is the same provider?

I don't think those January and February releases are available in the HD Pro, so they are definitely slacking on their support of the product. Guess all I can do is cross my fingers.

What number are you guys using? They picked up fine for me. Had a short talk with Gretchen at 800-347-5504, she says all is well...

It's sad , because Debbie @ Chartbuster was an active member here and we could have just asked her. (And she would have told us...she's a straight shooter).

But she, like Kurt @ Sound Choice and the Tricerasoft gentleman, were incessantly hounded by the pit bulls from Day 1 until they just said "screw this noise" and left.

I am surprised Mr. Harrington has held on so long.

.....That's good to hear. Call me stupid but I used my seller's number in my phone. I didn't try them directly because other posters said they had tried to email and call with no responses.

I was told on another forum the Jan & Feb updates are available for Media Pro.

I just Got My SD Card With Jan and Feb, POP and Rock. They are only charging $15 per disc now instead of the $18 they used to charge. The tracks are good quality.

I order Directly from Greg. I always get results that way. The Website is so Far behind that I don't even bother with it anymore.
