Sinbad came to my show with his entourage about 6-7 years ago. He didn't sing, but some of his entourage did. He was a real d*** to pretty much everyone for the two hours or so he was there. After he left, the bartenders told me his group had about a $300.00 tab and left a $20.00 tip.

Oh, P.S......does anyone remember Sinbad??

I haven't really had that experience as a host yet. Ms. Hathaway shooed away a local photographer from the local paper I was writing for, but this seemed okay to me since she was on vacation and out with friends.

Back when I worked in dinner theater I had a few celebrities who tipped poorly, athletes being the most notorious.

However, I can tell you Martini McBride, who sat through a TERRIBLE show I was in, didn't like the food, and left at intermission clearly unsatisfied with here experience, tipped me 100% of the bill.

Very nice lady.

I can also vouch for my sister-in-law, a semi-well known actress, and an excellent tipper (not me, I never waited on her, just in general).

Kid Rock and his entourage came in the my show one night. Everyone else in the club were begging me to go and ask him to sing a song – which I promptly refused. I told them; "he is a big boy, if he wants to sing a song he can put one in like everyone else. He does not get special treatment."

He is certainly not an illiterate invalid, he could have written up his own slip at that time and simply handed it to me like everyone else.

I personally find it very year irritating when I see businesses treating stars as though they are homeless: they pay for their meal tab, hand out coupons for free car washes, give them all kinds of goodies and freebies that the average person can't possibly ever get. And they of course have millions and can afford to buy whatever they want.
