of course, it was done intentionally to attempt to screw the music owners and destroy the industry from the inside out.

I just tried to buy the 10 chartbuster songtracks I had selected to buy and when I went to buy them my basket was empty so I sent email to selectatrack asking why was my basket empty he said we had to remove some songs from our site
and they are all chartbusters selectatrak.com has no more chartbuster songs
somebody made them take them off because people were buying them and using them
on videos on youtube , and according to rumors from some people
singsnap.com karaoke site is the ones who turned them in because they are partnered up with charbuster and think they are the only karaoke site to use them and when some suspended members of singsnap used chartbuster songs on youtube singsnap staff found out and had the lic board had selectatrack.com take down chartbuster songs
me being a suspended member of singsnap.com and knowing full well of what they are capable of when it comes to being nasty (@$%&#!) bitches towards suspended members
I am inclined to think that maybe it's some what truthful
cause singsnap.com and some of their members thinks their are god's gift to singing lol
they don't take (@$%&#!) for fun over there they take singing seriously no fun for them when it comes to thinking in their own minds they are the best blah blah blah lol

That would be incorrect. As already explained in another thread that you posted this exact same info.

I have a wedding coming up and the client requested some CB tracks and thought I would have a look on Selectatrack but they are still not available. The client is a lawyer and while browsing the site we had an interesting discussion about the legality of buying tracks in this manner. In short, he said he didn't think it was wise. In his view, it was very clear that the site selling the tracks to US customers illegally since the MCPS/PRS only has licensing authority for sales in Europe. But what really caught my attention was that he said I could be open to litigation for violation of copyright laws - especially by using the tracks in my shows...!

It really makes you wonder whether it's worth it as opposed to just buying a disc! He also said that Selectatrack and Karaoke-Version are clearly taking big risks by going out of their way to sell to the US market. Not easy to be a karaoke manufacturer here anymore.... Piracy is bad enough... Now you have publishers that won't grant them a license for the latest chart hits for whatever reason. The customer wants the song, the KJ's need the song, it gets made in Europe and delivered direct by download - to hell with US publishers and "sorry fellas" to the manus! It's no wonder that the industry has suffered such a decline.

My latest All Star order included some CB/Karaoke Cloud songs on it but you wouldn't be able to tell in advance what brand you are getting. But you could try Digitracks also as they may have the ones you are looking for.

As far as Selectatrack, there is a bit of a loophole in that Customs allows an individual to bring in one copy of a CD as long as it isn't for distribution--I am not sure how that translates to playing it in a show but that is another angle for you to run by your lawyer friend.
