I have about 2000 Sound Choice discs. The only paper label Sound Choice discs I have ever had were the handful of pirate burns we discovered during my Sound Choice audit which took place over a year and a half ago. Every other Sound Choice disc I have, including the GEM series discs are silk-screened.

I have several International discs that look exactly like the image you put up. They are silk screened and to the untrained eye, the feel of the disc surface could be mistaken for a stick on label perhaps. But the best test is to look on the shiny side of the disc at the inner ring. There should be a 1/8 inch margin in the silver surface towards the center that shows a series of letters/numbers that are etched in ie. BP-143356 which is followed by another series. Also there should be what appear to be barcode type lines as well. In my experience, burns usually have some numbers etched into the very inner part of the plastic ring inside of the shiny surface....
