On my last two subs on SS I've been hearing some weird distortion in background of the music--is this some kind of new anti-copy effect in the music? its not present on my puter when I play it back direct off my puter--only when I play it back from SS. Can any one else hear this noise when they play my last two subs???

yep i hears it, but i don't know what is causing it.  you say it's not garbled on your 'puter playback?  i would guess it has something to do with the file transfer process.  i don't hear it on anyone else's subs.

plenty claer on my puter and if I burn a cd. But only when I sub it does the warbling /buzzing in the background show up.

Weird.

Is it something you can EQ out?    Try dropping one frequency at a time.
