This is plainly wrong, as so many of MTUs UI decisions are. And sad to say, if you try and bring up the issue on the forum, someone springs vehemently to their defense and instead of discussion you have impassioned flaming. Sort of like you did.

True. I've found that most "product specific" forums are that way. They don't want "discussion" per se, instead they'd prefer just lots of validation.

As a software author with my own forum, I know how this works. I had lots of people defending me and my choices, even to the point that I didn't need to do it myself. Lots of times I had to step in and say, umm, "he really has a point".

You can't just walk in and say "your mama wears army boots", you have to place it in the context of a question. And oh by the way, note to me: "Oh physician, heal thyself!"

ROFL I will stick to Windows or Linux based software. As a computer literate I have more control over it's operation via an ini file and can tailor it for my needs such as font size for bifocals etc. It can also be changed in display properties. The first one that writes a good program for linux will totally take over the karaoke hosting software business. The professional DJ"S have shifted to linux because the sound engines know what ASIO drivers are and the difference is awesome. Linux does not need a 500 watt power supply to run a 5 hundred and 5 million gig CPU. It runs efficiently and does what you want and is totally controlled by user. The linux sound engines blow windows away.

Yes I can convert Roxbox to linux.. linux
