Lonnie,

doesn't Hoster allow you to advance the song in the 2ndary player to the point it's sitting waiting for you to press the "fade" option from one player to the other?

I love that about clubdjpro. I can play a 2nd player and advance it to where I want it to be, press pause, and wait for the time to either manually fade it from player A to B or let it automatically do it. Since I build my own singer screens, I usually have them on the Player B while all karaoke songs are enqueud on the Player A side.

I did this also with winamp... just one song after another.

If anything, when I went computer, I actually got faster! LOL! Even with the triple tray, it just seemed to be that much faster!

Not yet. It is supposed to be coming in the next release I believe.

2 players is much faster than the one triple tray. Going to computer is definitely much faster for those only using the single player method - even the triple tray because it would still have to mechanically load & unload the next disc & cue it.

I usually average 60-70 singers a night and that is getting singers up fairly quickly.

Singers get up about 3 times a night but there have been many nights they sing only twice in 4 plus hours. The key is keeping the energy high so they stay to listen NOT just sing.

I generally stay at around 14-15 songs an hour. On a 3 hour regular show it tends to be about 45-47 especially since I tend to go 10-15 minutes past last call.. (with approval of the bartender).

You cheater!!! You fade outros!! :)

I do too if the outro is longer than a minute to get more songs in. The beauty is that my singers just assume that my version is that short to begin with as my program, Compuhost actually has a great fader if autofade is on. It also cuts 6 seconds off the end - doesn't work too well with songs like Feeling that way that the lyrics and music goes to the end of the track but that rarely gets done, so far I'm the only one to attempt it and I do both parts.
