Yes, this product exists.. Google VGA to NTSC converter, or search the threads here..

When I first load my karaoke files, it does take a few minutes.. but the program saves the data and then its quick and seamless..
If you only have 512 MB ram, upgrade, If you have 500 GB hard drive, thats enough to copy your karaoke files to.
