great suggestions everyone. I just got back to Sydney from a month long vacation in the US. Some other KJ has been running the show in my absence, I just got back a few days ago, but things have changed BIG TIME since I left -

The place is nowhere near as crowded as it used to be. None of my regulars were there. Place looks like it isn't going to last much longer - this is not a happy thought for me as it is REALLY close to my place and is regular work for me.

Either the guy filling in did a really bad job, or something at the bar has gone terribly wrong for such a bustling bar to lose their crowd so quickly.

Hopefully it had somethign to do with the last KJ, as this is something I can fix.

Fingers crossed.

They lost the crowd because YOU LEFT!! They were YOUR FOLLOWING. They came and figured out the fill-in guy was a DUD. So they all left.

Do you have all these people on EMAIL or a phone list so you can call them or email them and get them to start returning?? If so have them come for a BIG WELCOME BACK PARTY and let them know your back to stay!!

They will start coming back for you!!
