It's funny because it often takes me several attempts to get to this site and the past few days it has been easier. Goes straight to it from my Favorites. But I did finally notice my Pop-Up blocker is blocking pop-ups every time I go to a new page (had the sound turned off).

Knock on wood I don't seem to have a problem today.
I use Firefox. I assumed that since I ran all my anti virus and malware programs and nothing showed up that that wasn't the problem.

I was able to log on through IE without a problem but, the pop up blocker kept coming on. Now I figured I needed to get a better pop up blocker for firefox to stop it. I tried a couple different ones, but they didn't work.

I tried to fix it all day yesterday without luck. Now today it's just gone. Weird!

I have never had a problem on this site (hope I'm not speaking too soon). I get here thru favorites, comes right up. No popups, etc. But, my security features are updating constantly (irritating beyond belief sometimes) because I use this computer for work.
