I wish that there was a version of Paradise by the Dashboard Light that was missing a verse or three.

Zoom has a version that omits the entire baseball part.

Sunfly did that too.

It appears that the UK manu's don't like the naration part.

Zoom was the only Manu to credit most of the female parts. And, they did the double word-swipes at the end of the song (DK is the only other version that even showed the correct lyrics at the end of the song (even tho they didn't make the words swipe for the female part). I created a merged copy of the ZOOM version with the DK version of this song (where I used DK for the naration and Zoom for the rest of the song).

Sound Choice's GEM series has the most complete version. gives the baseball part as part of the background singers but goes all the way through the ending with the double swipes.

Performance Tracks number 2007 cut "American Pie"

I have a Pioneer version that used the '45 single' A side cut - which just breaks the song in two since a full version could not fit on one side of a 45 single. The second half of the song was on the flipside.

Sweet Child of Mine by G N' R. DK Version @ 4min 30sec - instrumental fade ending, cut the part “where do we go now, no, no, no, no, sweet child of mine".

Complete version SC @ 6min 11sec
