The few times I have had to contact Chartbuster, I have not had much luck with email. But if you call them or catch them on live chat, you will get very nice people who will do backflips for you.

I went ahead and got the PHM disc for the last couple months, although not really happy with them, they don't seem to be 'mainstream' hits but more off the wall (lower cost) artists.

I find it funny that with Chartbuster being a member here and their last time on was Dec 13 that they have not responded to this question.
You would think that if they wanted to keep good customer relations with KJ's that they would let us know what is going on with them, not us relying on second hand information.

I had started my CB Certification the end of Oct. Got a few emails from Paula Riffle and then nothing after I sent in my song file list. I have tried to send a couple of emails to see what is going on and NOTHING! I paid my $199 through Paypal. I'm about ready to put in a grievance through them to get my money back! Along with not receiving any monthly update disks.
