Being on the west coast is always an excuse for them. Like there isn't enough demand here to make it worth their while... so they charge more. But the midwest where the demand isn't near what it is here, has far cheaper prices. In Cali though, we have refineries that they shut down because the 'demand' is down (yeah right). Then when the demand goes up it takes extra to start up the refinery...so the price is higher. That and all the additives they have to put in for Cali's environment protection. Higher and Higher... but it's not love lifting it!!! CROCK!!
