It appears that the threads below are all about the system not creating and accurate receipt. We have been working to correct this problem, we hate it as much as you do! So far they have been unable to fix the problem so we are looking at different options but due to contractual obligations we have to wait. It is frustrating for all of us and we know we are losing sales because of it. All I can do for now is, if you NEED something you can’t get from somewhere else, let me know and I will manually create you a receipt.
