Here's one for ya:

Man Dip
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Hot/spicy pork sausage
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
velveeta cheese

brown the ground beef and pork togther. Add in the rotel and then the mushroom soup. Then cut up pieces of velveeta cheese and stir in to melt. I ussually add at least a pound of cheese. That is just taste as to how cheesy you want it.

Serve with torilla chips or french bread...I like the chips best...
