bon apetite to you my friend. You either like mispresenting the words of others or cannot truly comprehend them.
I referred to what any clear-headed person would recognize to be a previous post of mine. That would be undeniably obviously to anyone unless that someone has been confronted head-on by an undeniable truth with which they can't contend.
And, surely, if you could find a quote like you stated I had made, I'd be reading it by now.
And, again, show me the exact words that state "Hilary will take us to war"
Your fallacious, sniveling, deceitful and pretentious remarks do not change what you stated below. Now justify it
Per Dumbdrums:
Quote: and now you whine that Hillary will take us to war.
And since you can't and never will be able to justify it ---eat up heartily
I await the picture. Or are you all talk - both unwilling and unable to deal with the truth at any level?

by the way, if you want to quote word for word then find me where I said Ericlater was whining at all.....
Quote: shes just an advisor, not the President. First you guys whine about Obama being a wuss and withdrawing troops, and now you whine that Hillary will take us to war. Maybe you should go live with TimberLea up in that eutopian Canadian society if it sucks so bad here now. You guys would make a cute couple
you already told the world you werent a dude, so i guess it just folows that you aint "you guys" either...
WAY TO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAMA !!!!

Are there people that really love the things Bush has done and have no hope with Obama?
That really amazes me.

I like the fact that Bush had kept us from any more attacks (oh am I going to reamed for that one) but I have hope for the new president. I heard him on 60 Minutes last night and he seems level headed at least. I didn't vote for our new President, but I don't hate him. I just hope the liberal people here realize that Barrack Obama has to be the leader of us all in this country, not just the left. There will be compromises. He also has to play in the world sandbox, he just can't take his toys and go home.

It is a recorded fact that Hillary voted to send troops to Iraq. I see any involvement of a Clinton active in politics as being nothing more than the Democratic party continuing their politics as usual. I would also like to state that, for students of Political Science, it is taught that war is MOST OFTEN, not always, but most often, economically beneficial to a country, not harmful to its economy. I dont say that to suggest that I think war is a good thing. I dont believe it is, but I do believe sometimes it is necessary.
Oh boy could I write so much more but the radical Obamites would gather and burn cowboy hats along with the US flag that so many of them don't respect!

you are right about that ML..FDR, considered a great president, actually was saved by the war. It brought us out of a deep depression. It is a common mistake that people think it was all of his programs that turned the country around. As sad as it is too say, I am beginning to think a war ( a real war that is) will be the only thing to turn this economy around
ps i mean no disrespect to our troops when i say a "real war" as opposed to the Iraq "war" which i consider more of a policing at this point.

Mikey, I dont think you have any disrespect for the troops at all. I hate to think that we would have to find ourselves in all our war to bring our economy out of the situation we are in too. If there is anything I have disagreed with on this effort in Iraq is that we have once again, sent troops into the field and then we have pretty much tied their hands. If we are going to commit troops. Let's go win the thing. War is not a humanitarian effort. Let's just go take them out and end the thing as quickly as we can. We have wasted a lot by "policing" Iraq. We should have just turned the place into a water park for American tourists and kept the oil for ourselves! Good thing I am not president! I appreciate you Mikey! Hang in there! --Mike

As one who has seen history first hand, then read the liberal press accounts of it, I am glad that bush is leaving. Who are they going to blame now? The democratic congress accomplished zilch they were too busy trying to drag up dirt on the republicans. It is an insult to this nation and only proves that they are corrupt. It is sickening at best. They may pull the wool over your eyes but this old man can see right through them because I wasnt educated in their liberal education system. I was educated in a 2 room school house when they taught the 3 r's and the bill of rights.
Anybody that thinks they are responsible for the economy, our protection, our savior in violent storms, somebody who can maintain highways or bridges, or solve any real problems has been brainwashed in the first degree. They do not care about you they have their own agendas and think their dogmas are more important than our welfare.
Dont get caught up in the schisms they create at intervals (abortion etc) but start thinking for self. They divide for a purpose, it is the first stage of propaganda and mind control. I cannot believe some of the philosophies presented here, they totally are foreign to what this country and constitution was founded upon.
In my old age I might not have much but I guarantee you I worked and earned every bit of it from absolutely homeless. I do not ask the young ones here to accept my dogmas I beg you to find your own god and think for yourself. Solve your own problems pray to your god not theirs for theirs will put you in hell which is what we are in right now. I promulgate these truths and believe they are self evident and hope you can get a glimmer of whats really happening. I am not a harbinger of doom or a sayer of the sky is falling. I am but a messenger of truths and predictions of things to come. The pendulum now swings our way, help me nudge it. These writings are not totally all my own, they come from many (deceased) who are concerned and they express through me. I say these things as a shepherd. I am not a judge but a light. Learn the truth...
There are those graduating now who will save this nation. They will not do it with money, laws, or power. They will do it with hard work and Faith Hope and Love. The very things this nation was founded upon to start with. Amen..., I Walk Away...

bottom line folks, the man aready has a tough job ahead of him, and he cant pull it off, or can any one else, our problem started with letting other counrtys send there people here to tell us what is right or rong, and then not running them back to where they come from, this is America, and if no one likes the way we do things then go back to your third world country and eat your hearts out !!!!!!!!!!!!
If we spend as much money here in america on our problems and not other countrys
we then may not have ended up in this damm mess !!!!! that my story and Im stickin to it !! go figure.

With all respect my friend, I don't think your problem started with others coming in your country and tell you what to do This guy "Bush" he didn't need anyone's advice, he had his plan and you can now see the nice results

one thing i agree with with Ranger is we need to start using our precious money to heal ourselves instead of some of these countries, although it is honorable that we try to help Africa and some struggling European countries that need help, we should first take care of our own..

i must say, it is very unfortunate that as allies you guys got dragged into that war. I dont think we show enough appreciation for the help you and GB have given us in this thing..what is the casualty rate of Canadians in the middle East skirmish?

you know whats sad, canada and who knows how many others are all combined in "other casualties" stats...thats sad that i cant find a break down of countries. they do post UKs fatalities and Italy? The "other" count is at 138...way to many for lending a hand...
