I have It's Tricky by Run DMC on SoundChoice 8875. That disc isn't discontinued, is it?

That disc also has Just a Friend by Biz Markie and the Humpty Dance by Digital Underground, which are in pretty steady rotation at my show. Good disc!

There is a guy who does It's Tricky it every week and SUCKS, but keeps doing it. He isn't getting any better either!!

Like I said that list spanned from 96 to today. Most of them have never been released, I tried to keep track of the ones that did come out. Selectatrack was a godsend for many. Picked up over 400 individual song requests in the last 2 years for singers that were never available or only available on discs I didn't need all the other songs from.

I second the Steel Dragon - Stand Up (from the movie Rockstar). Actually that would be a cool soundtrack to have for karaoke.
Also the Eddie & The Cruisers tunes from both movies.

Sure! Or from Europe, Antarctica, or wherever. I'm sorry, don't mean to vent too much, but...I'm a Euro-American, I sing mostly in English and French, and now German, I live near the Mexican border, and I get tired of giving my best applause to a song well-done in Spanish, only to have certain people give me a dirty look and walk out when I do a song in French or German. I even get flak trying to get a hamburger in the drive-thru fast food joint if I have European music playing on my car stereo. Hein, people, good music is good music, no matter where in the world it comes from. Let's explore the best of what the whole world has to offer.

How about Reba's new single, Turn on the Radio? That's definitely one I want in my repertoire!

Your David Campbell disk was absolutely killer. Some of the best big band sound I've ever heard. MORE DAVID CAMPBELL PLEASE.

Agree, even if some of each movies is on one disc - but songs that haven't been released from others.

ALWAYS good for another grunge disc!!!! ANYTHING Alice In Chains i'll vote for and second - we have AIC sung & requested EVERY night at our shows.
2nd the Mad Season!!!!
Nirvana - Dumb
Nirvana - Polly
Soundgarden - Jesus Christ Pose
Soundgarden - The Day I Tried To Live
Heaven (Say Hello To Heaven) - Temple Of The Dog
Rusty Cage is available through Sunfly, not too bad of a version.

Thanks guys, these are great lists.

I'll most likely be doing Reba's "Turn on the Radio" this week or next for a new country album.

Also, I am avaliable for custom tracks if maybe several of you decide on a title and want to "go in together" for getting something done that's a possibility. Anyone interested can contact me at oceantracks@mac.com.

I'll go through the list, and let everyone know if we can get any of these in production soon.

Thanks
Tom

Hopefully a new 'Grunge' disc can be worked in there somewhere. Tons of untapped music.

Lonnie, thanks for taking the time to make that list, and to emphasize the tracks you've had multiple requests for.

I'm going to work on getting some of these done.

I will let everyone know here what the status is asap.

Best
Tom

Several Social Distortion songs have already been mentioned, so I'll add my vote for those (even though "I Was Wrong" apparently has been done by someone, since I saw it in the KJ's book on Friday). I love those guys. My preference would be for "Story of My Life" and "Far Behind" ("Ball and Chain" and "Reach For The Sky" have been done, although I like those too).

I recently discovered the Dropkick Murphys and will add a vote for more stuff from them. Also I'd like some vintage New Order, specifically "Subculture" and "True Faith."

One I've always liked that's never been done is Cracker's "Teen Angst."

Anything from the last Slash cd
More metal and hard rock. Not near enough in existence.
