I don't suppose there is a cd+g player that also plays either HD DVD or Blue Ray discs? Is any company planning to release one within the next year or two? It seems like there are a lot more songs available in the cd+g format than as DVD karaokes. Is that true? Thanks. I'm a newbie. |

it wouldet matter cuse you can convert any cdg to dvd if you have a player that can play dvd,i know of a couple i have the rsq version and it comes with neo g software to do that.....but as for hd dvd havent heard anything yet,, |

With a downloaded plugin a PS3 can play cd+g disc. PS3 plays Blu-Ray |

What webpage can I find the playstation plugin on? That could work great for me as I'd like a playstation anyway. Thanks for the responses guys. |

After furter investigation what needs to be done currently until a Sony software realease happens. You simply install Windows on your PS3 and use it like a computer. Winamp is the simplest karaoke player. From what I understand the Japaneese version is stock cd+g compatable the US is not. I did test my fathers Blu-Ray Player it plays CD+G Model Sony BDP-S1 |
