I have Just Aquired The Above I Have Tried All Avenues
But Can Not Get It To Play DVDS kEEPS Saying Wrong Region

Verify that the RSQ's broadcast mode is set the same as the media you are trying to view. For European media, that should likely be PAL, whereas in the States, it's NTSC.

Use the P/N TV button on the remote to change it.
