Hello and Happy Friday to ALL!!! Just thought this was pretty interesting so I thought I'd share! If your into working out they now have a workout video called Cardioke....and yes just as it sounds it's working out while singing karaoke......(not tooo easy to do) and it's Billy Blanks Jr that does it!!! I think I might give it a go!!! WOOT WOOT!!!! :dancin: :dancin: :D

Looks kinda cool, but yeah, the singing part would be hard. (if the workout got intense).... I'll stick with Guitar Hero for a music/exercise combo. LMAO
