Hi im new to the karaoke scene and i just have a couple questions about it. First question is that, is there any software out there that would make my laptop into like a Cavs jb199. Where i can make a list into numberic order and just type in the number for the songs i want. Second question is, I am looking for a wireless mic what would be the best, and do i need a mixer also if i go with a wireless mic? If anyone can help me out i would really appericate it. thank you, fobboi |

how you name your files is up to you! But with even windows explorer, you can find them in that way! I would ALWAYS use a mixer with any karaoke system with a microphone. Opinions vary on which one is best. For home use, I found the AKJ7000 and 7050 amp/mixer perfect, and even small venues it's good. I also love the Mackie CFX12 mixer. I bought the DFX12, and immediately loved it, but without the midrange, I DID notice the difference. |

Yes, my regret with that Mackie model is the loss of that mid range. I didn't realize how much I depended on that midrange for doing magic to some voices! k |
