Ok Here is the plan for one and all.....

This is really simple, just follow the plan and in what ever order fits you best.....

 1.  Sing your Arse Off   :worship:

        2. Dance your Arse Off   :dancin:

              3. Party Your Arse Off   :oh yeah:

Remember one thing...  Monday will come soon enough, Live today for today....

Have a Great Weekend to ALL my friends.. Just do be safe..

Your Friend....Tom   :hi5:

That plan makes sense to me Tom. It definitely distinguishes the weekend from the rest of the week!  LOL  Have a good one.  :)

Yikes, I have to be matron of honor at a wedding this weekend. Black strapless dress, high heels, hair all foofed up with ribbons and curls, tons of pictures to be taken while posing with a cheesy smile plastered on my face.... No....   .... Not gonna be a fun weekend for me I'm afraid.

Perhaps I'll go out and have fun afterwards?  :D

I am simply a sook, most normal people would simply get on with it no doubt. I can almost straighten my knee but it seems that the process that takes thought to action in that region is kinda slowed
my brain is still registering limp and pain

I once hurt my elbow from cutting large tree limbs.  Had tendonitis (tennis elbow) for five months. Couldn't even write and had to quit school for a while. Sure felt like a big wimp!

   VICKI, You know what these two mean.....
Becareful, You can do more damage than you think by pushing it right now... Remember I've been where you are right now.. Just go as far as the DR. allows.
The time to push your limits will come when you start the  post-operation PT.
 :( ( hey more concerned than mad !!) :(

Now Just Behave yourself little girl, or you may have to get a spanking,  Hummm They do still allow that in NZ, don't they ??? LOL  We want you up and running at 100% as soon sa you can, and I'm sure your family wants the same..

From the way you described the dust level, is that to imply that you are in fear of becoming the World Largest "Dust Bunny" ???? LMAO   Just Remember there is something "special about a Bunny", I'll let Liz explain that one.. LMAO

LMAO the suit one has to put on to be a dust bunny is even MORE revealing than a playboy bunny and it comes in one standard grey colour...noooo sir not me!!!

you are a sweet friend Tom thank you...oddly enough my physiotherapist doesnt feel I am doing enough to help myself. So I worked all day and then couldnt sleep. finally took a couple of codeine phos round 6am.

I would remind her that all she did for me in the first place was rub a bit of balm into the knee UNTIL she saw the mri scan (over a month after the accident) but we are short of physios in Ashburton so I shall keep my own council till after the operation and I am on the mend. THEN I will tell her
