This year, Easter falls on my birthday. So, having a birthday party is moot, partly because I can't count that many, mostly because everyone is going go church, one of few times they go. So, I intend to kickback, get some chocolate bunnies and do nothing the whole day.

When skinning do not let the fur touch the meat.

Soak in half & half all night in the fridge.  Get the following.

Pure Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Kroger Italian Seasoning
Kroger Ground Nutmeg

In a frying pan bring the oil up to temp and sprinkle above ingredients.

For older rabbits cook in water like a roast with a small amount of coffee'

If you have never had fresh fried cottontail you havnt lived.

Clean rifle.

I find it hard to believe we have become a nation that does not know how to butcher and process foods  but rely upon Brazil and China.

WE rely upon Mexico to harvest the few foods we have..

Wat a bunch of wimps!!!
