I just bought a Mixer Amp. Which Features: Grafhic Equalizar: 2+7 band, phantom power:+48V, 16-Bits DSP Stereo Effects, Four 1/4" Outputs (2 left & 2 right)
[ Specifications Are: 2 + 450 Watt RMS @ 4 Ohms, 2 + 250 Watt RMS @ 8 Ohms.
Inputs: 1/4" Balanced XLR, RAC.

Question: Is There someone that can recamend a speakers That will work Well and have great sound. Should I get 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm Speakers. How many Watts Should I get? I would like to get Speakers that can rock the place, maybe something with a 15 inch horn, Because I also do DJ Work.. Thanks let me know Kickstart

Wow a 15" horn?  That's a BIG horn - just kidding.  15" woofer/low frequency transducer & horn (usually it's 1-2" actual size of the driver that is attached to a horn).

You gave the specs of the mixer/amp, what is the actual make/model as sometimes manufacturers will list their "PEAK" ratings as opposed to the actual continuous power so you may think you have more than you actually do.

With the specs you listed, you will want a speaker with a program rating of 250 watts at 8 ohms.   Which is really going to limit your choices in the 15" range for a good quality speaker.   Most - even the lower quality speakers will want 350-500 watts for their program rating.  Underpower a speakers rating & you will tend to want more volume, so you turn up the volume at the mixer, maybe even boost the eq because the sound is tinny & bass lacking (due to lack of power), then your crowd gets a little bigger & your volume gets bumped again.  You may not even notice the distortion, but your speakers will & poof!

You could always start off with a 12" speaker like the Yamaha BR12 (still not a great match but closer), then add a powered sub or 2 later to get the low end that these will lack.

Look at the EV (Electro-Voice) Line of speakers.  They are so good that they can match other brands speakers the next size up.  ( In other words, their 12" sound like someone else's 15").  They are also self limiting, so they are almost impossible to blow.....and skip the Eons- vastly over-rated
