I am new to this.  I am soon getting   VOCOPRO DVX880PRO  player and want to know if I can hook up the output cables a certain way.  

I am not using it for commercial purposes, but rather just for entertainment for my fellow senior citizens here at our retirement place.

We have this large TV screen on the wall that I want the audience to be able to see the lyrics played on.  Then I want the singer to face the audience (with his back to the large TV) and read the lyrics from a small TV on the table set up to hold all the equipement.
This way the singer can face the audience while he is singing and the audience can follow the lyrics on the large TV on the wall behind the singer.

I do not have the player yet so I do not know if it has the features to enable it to do what I want.  But could I maybe just use a "split" connector or a "Y" (same thing to me) and have cables branching off to the two TV sets?

Yes, you should be able to do that....need to know what video inputs the TVs have.
