how does one turn on Bcc in email? I use it all the time and a friend has asked where they find how to turn on the option...I have no idea where to look it was just there, yet I recall I had to turn it on when using my lappy...just dont recall where i went to do it

If you're using Outlook, simply start a new message, then click the options button on the toolbar and there should be a button there to turn it on.

Oh, M, I can sympathize with you.  I am in that kind of mode too--because of my car. It's not running right--at least 1 cylinder is bad (possibly 2). And today's my birthday too, so happy $%*#(#%# birthday to me.  I'm hoping it can be fixed though. (the car, that is--not me turning 45  )

Vicki - Did you get your problem fixed? I'm sorry I don't know what Bcc is? I have outlook and have used it for yrs.

Insert addresses | Add CCRemove CC - Add BCCRemove BCC
Outlook was previously explained...
It's not on your NORMAL onscreen stuff, you have to click a link to bring up those options for MOST email softwares

I have to assume she did, because she sent me some points with a thank you. 
BCC is blind carbon copy. You can use this to send a copy of your e-mail to multiple recipients without those recipients' names or e-mail addresses being visible to the other recipients.

well its like this, it wasnt for me it was for an older retired gent who sends me jokes and other stuff but always with screeds of other addresses from both him and the hundreds of others who had sent it to him...I ws trying to educate him so as I didnt have to wade thru pages of other addresses to get to the joke _________________ "Be who you are and say what you feel... Thanks for the good wishes, all! *hugs to all* My day has gotten better. I had to go to work, but I'm having a pretty good day at work even tho' I didn't want to be here at first.
Yes, I noticed the cake! Would you all like to have a slice?
I got a really cute card today from my co-workers:
(cartoon w/people in an office, all holding forks) "It's your birthday and today is all about YOU!"
(inside of card: same bunch of people w/remnants of cake on their forks and all over) "Except for the CAKE-EATING, which we hope is at least partly about us."
Isn't that cute? !

Tuesdays @ Southgate House in Newport, KY
Thursdays (tonight) @ Furlongs in Hebron, KY
