hi can anybody tell me how to hide duplicates and print books as nothing seems to work no matter what i do

hi i have clicked on hide duplicates and use my own codes,i clicked on the white boxes of mf codes clicked on create list which is fine ,gone to print but there nothing to print,when i put in just a few discs they will print but not when i put all my discs in i hope you can help me thanks liz
