I have noticed in this forum that the NEO+G format is not very popular.  I purchased a JBOX from RSQ along with about 4000 songs and have been more than pleased with its quality and performance for a non-commercial setting.  someday I will switch to a laptop setting where everything is at your fingertips but for now....

The E500 player that comes in the JBOX has a slight problem.   Every once and awhile when playing a CDG disc the words overlap and become scrambled to the point it becomes unreadable.  Is anyone familiar with this problem or should I just call RSQ?

Thanks for your help

this may well not be the player but the ripping process that has caused this. I use a conversion tool to convert cdg to mpeg so as I can see the words when recording in adobe audition, and the exact thing you describe happens on occasion to me also, yet the orig cdg is perfect. You should definately contact the company
