lookiing for some help with this,when i try to convert the files either zip or mp3+G to bin the order of the tracks gets mixed up on the image file which then throws out the track listing on my karaoke list maker.I used to have an older version of this proggy and never had any bother.

I just use the non - .net version myself... so I can't help you. Hopefully someone with some knowledge of this can help soon!

I ID3 Tag my Audio prior to converting. You can use Tag & Rename... It's Free!
Make Sure Both Files Are Exactly The Same. Space By Space.

Make sure your output format is Correct.
Go in Options: Check Your Output Format! i.e. Disc - Track - Artist - Title.

Are you using the lastest version of mp3 toolz?
Did you install the net files prior to installing mp3 toolz?

1. Correctly Install
2. Properly Named Tracks.
3. Output Format

sorry but what do you mean by net files

to use the newest version you need to have .net framework 2.0 on your computer. You can get this through www.Microsoft.com for free.

Yes i have these installed but still getting the converted files out of order

This is the Free method!
To ensure both files are exactly the same:

1. Unzip your tracks to a mp3 file and a cdg file. It should look simular to this:
Keith, Toby - Runnin' Block.cdg
Keith, Toby - Runnin' Block.mp3

2. Highlight the CDG file without the (.cdg extention)
Keith, Toby - Runnin' Block
Right Click / Copy

3. Highlight the MP3 file without the (.mp3 extention)
Keith, Toby - Runnin' Block
Right Click / Paste

Now Both Files are Properly Named!

MP3 Toolz
Right Click on a Karaoke Folder.
Click MP3 Toolz
Click Options (Bottom - Left)

Under Auto-Rename Naming Format (Delete and Put)
DISC-TRACK - ARTIST - TITLE

Below are 5 Boxes to select.
Select All (Except Automatically Create Cue/Text files after conversion)
Click OK and EXIT.

Now MP3 Toolz Renaming is set properly.

NOTE: You MUST click on a Karaoke folder containing MP3+G FILES,
Zipped or Unzipped in order for MP3 Toolz to work.

Alternative
Save yourself a lot of trouble and purchase (Not CDGFix ) but KJ File Manager.
It will rename the tracks for you.
Edit Tracks. Switch Naming convention.
Remove corrupt files.
Remove duplicates.
AND MORE!
