Hi Everyone, I am just getting started in the karaoke business with my dad. Work in central Texas. I was given a laptop that has swift elite 4 on it. Though the program and tricerasoft technical support are driving me crazy. I work in the Information Technology field so I am not new to computers just karaoke. My problem is the Tv output flashes when showing lyrics. I have a Dell 1525 with Windows Vista Home Premium 3 gig ram, dual core, everything meeting requirements. I have been told the reason the video flashes is due to a driver issue with the 965 chipset and that it will work if it has the latest driver. However I know of myself and another person (different type of computer running vista business) who can not get this problem solved. All the tech support from swift elite says is update drivers and it will work, then goes into we must not have installed the driver correctly. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem or know a work around. Hard to make money at shows if your lyrics dont display.
