:D Hi Jian,,,thanks for the welcome!!

Just a bit about myself to add to my "hello". Like the heading says,,i'm from Utah, right in the middle, small town and I absolutely love living here. I have been singing (if that's what ya can call it ,,hehe) karaoke for about 8 years, and hosting shows for over 4 now. It's been an absolutely terrific experience for me..love the heck out of it...However I have really never really considered myself a singer, I still do it and love it. The area I live in only has one bar in the entire county,,,and I quit that one a couple of months ago, cuz it was a total waste of my time to do the show at that place, so all of my shows are quite a drive for me to get there. But that's how it goes here. I still do three shows per week and work full time, married 25 years and have 4 sons...keeps me very busy. Hope ya'll enjoy karaoke as much as I do. Drop me a note and say hi if'n ya wanna,,,(that's Sanpetese,,hehe) Take care all!!!!

Scott

Hi Scott

I know how hard it can be to work a full time job and host karaoke. It's to bad you have to drive so far for gigs.

I hope you don't mind me suggesting this:
If you find a bar you become a regualr KJ at see if they will let you leave your equipment there. Sometines a little cut in your fee is well worth it, especially after working all day then having to drive. Setting up and tearing down can really take its toll. :D
