Can someone give me a idea of what I need to get started? I currently have a Peavey XR600 driving to 15" bass bins , a yamaha M-45 straight amp driving a pair of 15" three ways and a set of 12" three ways. Is this enough for a start or should I be thinking of getting more equipment, and if so what is good but relativly inexpensive ? |

As long as those aren't home speakers, it's fine to get you going. If they are home speakers, you may consider picking up something a little more pro quality. |

The set of 12"'s have a old set of pyle drivers (not pyle pro) , a 4" horn but they do have a kenwood home audio midrange. The 15"'s have MTX subwoofers and both home audio tweeters and mid. Do I have to worry about the HF drivers in these or even the subs? |

Anything in a home type speaker will not be reliable enough to run in clubs. They cannot handle live vocals & are eq'd differently enough that the vocals will generally sound muddy. The music may sound great. Yes I would worry about the home speaker drivers - high & low frequencies. |
