Hello everyone,

I'm JT and I just started my Karaoke enterprise. I've been a member here for a while under another (lame) name and I think it was deleted for lack of activity. That's okay.

As I mentioned in my subject line, I had my first KJ gig last Saturday. It was for twin, college girls who were having their birthday party in a big hall. It was a lot of fun and I learned A LOT. I'm green green green and I realize it; so, that's half the solution. I'm going to go back to the karaoke shows that I've performed in in the past and watch them from a totally different perspective now.

Congrats on your first gig!

I did the same thing when starting up my show a few years back. I went to dozens of different shows to get a different perspective on how to run a show. It never hurts to research.
