CFX12 MKII:

Some initial thoughts then questions. I plan using sub group 1-3 for mics and 2-4 for music. The main insert will be used for the DBE and Aphex. One aux for monitor.

Question It has 2 FX sends. Should I use one for the Lexicon 550? At present I have it in sereies with the 266XL.

Would there be a way to concert to mono (assign sub-assign) without using 2 strips?

I would like to have mic on sub1. mic2 on sub2 karaoke on sub3 and DJ on sub4..
Suggestions?

Yes use the Lexicon on the FX send. To make it mono, just use one input & one output on the Lexicon - usually it is the left channel that will combine the signal but check your manual. If it is stereo/dual channel only, then run it back through a stereo channel. Why a mic per sub? Run all mics to 1 sub, all music to 2 & 3 (do you really need the dj & karaoke music separated at this point?) & efx to 4. Then you can also set it to mono here as well by pushing the L/R in.
