I suggest you first download CCleaner and clean your cookies: http://www.filehippo.com/download_cclea ... 32cc49ecc/ Once you get it back and running, I strongly recommend you install these plugins for Firefox: Adblock Plus & NoScript, you'll see how fast SS can be once you block the scripts ![]() Let us know... |

Thanks Micky, I do use CCleaner all the time. I don't think I have those plugins though. Seems like I wasn't having this problem yesterday, but I updated to the current Firefox version today and that's when I started getting that error message when switching over to SS. |

OK, problem solved! I cleared out the Firefox cookies for KS and SS plus I installed the Adblock Plus and NoScript plugins for Firefox. Now I'm able to move to SS from the menu on the side without any troubles. Firefox is really slick and fast compared to IE! I've been a die hard IE user but I could easily become a true Firefox believer. ha,ha Out of curiosity, these days is there still anything good that IE can do better than Firefox? |

For some strange reason I can't login to this forum when on Fire fox. This is the only site that I use IE, and I hate it. |

Jian, you're saying that you can't even log on to KS or SS when using Firefox? Did you try deleting your old KS/SS cookies? That seems to fix a lot of odd ball problems. Wish I understood more about web browsers and the dozens of setting options. Maybe there's something set wrong in your Firefox when it comes to it getting along with KS/SS. When I just typed singersshowcase.com into the navigation tool bar and hit enter I could get there without any problem and login. The problem had been with getting to SS from the side-menu in KS. One other thing I like about Firefox is that I can login and logout of KS several times a day without first having to completely close down Firefox between sessions. When using IE7 I would have to shut it down then re-open it again before KS would allow me to log back in a second time. Clearing the cookies didn't fix that problem though. |

Fire fox was what I used when I was using my old PC. The pc I am using now is new. I can read the forum and listen to subs in SS, but I can't login. I have no problem with other forum site when using Fire fox; only this site. |

No. IE has taken to trying to emulate Firefox in every way, which sends a clear signal about which is the superior browser. When Firefox first came out, I had no interest in changing, but eventually gave it a shot because of all the spyware and viruses I was getting from IE. I haven't looked back in six years. I use IE for only two billpay sites that Firefox doesn't like. Otherwise, I wouldn't even have it on my computer. |
