Worth the price? Quote: 3.99 acre lot on One Stone Lake which is by Shell Lake which is by the town of Skwentna. Fly in only no roads to Skwentna or the area. One Stone is almost 2 miles long and has fish. Lot is worth $20-30,000 depending on fire sale or retail. Will carry with good down or trade all or part for sandrail, backhoe, RV, truck, or ????? I traded an airplane for this over 20 years ago and have never been on the property and the only pics are a winter scene which just shows snow.

NOPE!!! My ex and others I know have been scammed by these online real estate schemes. Why buy a lot that is totally unaccessible, by air only? landing? The only way it would be worth it is if there is a lake or landing strip nearby and you have access to thousands of acres of hunting or fishing. Deal with a local realtor only and dont buy sight unseen. I will soon be selling about 2 1/2 acres in northern colorado. It is adjacent to a county road with full utility access. I will get about 75,000. For land that is deeded for and can be fully developed is not cheap. |

Lakefront and all, but 5,000 to 7,000 an acre with *nothing* on it and no roads or possibility of roads? And with a four month window of use, with insects eating you alive most of that time? I would take a pass. I can't begin to imagine the cost of building something on it. |
